This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our WhatsApp-integrated SaaS assistant. We do not sell or lease your customer databases to third parties. Your data remains strictly your own.

2. Information Collection

We collect only the operational data necessary to execute your commands and compile reports:

• Administrative Logs: Verified phone numbers used to trigger "open" and "close" states.
• Service Logs: Transacted values, services (e.g., haircuts, washes), and designated payment modes (Cash, UPI) punched by stylists.
• Metadata: WhatsApp chat transaction IDs and API message details required for service delivery.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your transacted log data is used solely to generate real-time metrics and construct Daily Reports. We do not run automated profile modeling or target your salon clients with advertisement campaigns.

4. Third-Party Integrations

SalonSarthi interacts directly with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API) to handle message transmission. Use of WhatsApp is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Operational records and sales ledgers are securely stored on cloud servers. Salon owners may request permanent deletion of their metrics or transaction history at any time by contacting our support team.
