1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the SalonSarthi WhatsApp bot and associated website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a salon business or franchise group, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of Service

SalonSarthi provides operational logging (opening, ordering, closing). You are responsible for ensuring:

• Punched service logs are accurate and comply with local commercial tax recording regulations.
• Only authorized managers and stylists have access to the mobile numbers linked to the operational interface.
• Your usage does not violate WhatsApp's Business Commerce Policy.

3. Growth Plan Subscriptions

The Growth Plan is billed at **₹399 per month**. Subscription cycles begin on the date of activation and are billed recurringly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts with overdue payments will experience temporary operational lockout in the SarthiOrder flow.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

SalonSarthi is provided "as is". While we monitor and maintain 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for delayed reports or check-in failures resulting from API interruptions at Meta Platforms or global WhatsApp service outages.
